Coming back and poking about this account for the first time in a while, I am highly amused at how straightforward it all is. It's like, I'm saying it without typing the words, and people don't seem to mind...?

I'm honestly surprised with all the positive feedback I've gotten on this account, from random people I've never interacted with outside of DA. Considering that most of the pieces in here come from the dark, quirky, questionable areas of my twisted little imagination, I think it's clear why I'm surprised.

Then again, I am more concerned with peoples' opinions of the theme I've chosen more so than the actual artistic techniques I choose to convey them with. I need to lighten up, I think! I mean, seriously. Of COURSE I care for the pieces in this gallery (or I did when I was drawing them, even if I don't now), but jeez, in the end, they're just drawings! Art is exciting because different people see different things in each and every piece. I need to remember this when working with this gallery.

I still won't put my real name on any of this stuff, though. Except for the odd piece that appears in the main gallery where, strangely enough...I did!
